Great experience. Needed an awning removed. He called a few days before the time we had scheduled because he was in the area. I wasn’t home, but said he could take a look. He removed the awning, took care of some wasp nests that were under it, and noticed the gutter was clogged. He also cleared that after sending me a photo. It was all taken care of by the time I came home. Very convenient, and the work was done well. Would use The Handy Man Services again.

Gerry has always done great work for us and is extremely reliable. He has helped me with a huge array of home repairs and issues. He is quick to respond to my calls and requests for service. From painting to hanging mirrors to helping us figure out deterrents for annoying birds in our backyard. The best we have ever hired.

I highly recommend Jerry Brammer of The Handyman Services for pretty much any construction needs and repair services you might have. Jerry has saved my life several times since I first hired him in Nov of 2016. I had literally gone through 6 contractors trying to renovate a duplex in Delmar dealing with issues including paying for work not done, work done incorrectly & simply trying to get them to show up. I was living in a demolition nightmare and at the end of my rope when I found Jerry. He was the first one to walk into my disaster with a positive attitude. He’s been working for me ever since. I haven’t found anything that Jerry can’t handle and he approaches the problem as if he’s working in his own home. He’s honest, realistic, flexible and thorough… all at a fair price. The work he has done for me includes electrical (repairing/installing lights & outlets), plumbing (replacing hot water heaters, repairing leaks, running new pipes, clearing sewer lines), carpentry (constructed a bedroom closet, a porch, trim work, etc), refinishing my wood floors, sheet rocking, taping & painting (interior & exterior), replaced gutters, installed fencing, cut down small trees with stump removal, landscaping & most recently put in a sidewalk.
